Returns and Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes issues can arise. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully:

Returns:

• We do not accept returns unless the product is in its original condition.
• If you wish to return an item, you must provide a video clearly showing the package being opened and the product in its original condition. This video must be submitted within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
• (Change of Mind is not Applicable)

Return Process:

• Once we receive your video and review the condition of the product, we will make a decision regarding the return. We reserve the right to accept or deny the return based on our assessment.
• If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

Refunds:

• We do not issue refunds unless the return is approved based on the conditions outlined above.
